RENATO NICOLODI
Renato Nicolodi (ur.1980r. w Brukseli, Belgia); studiował w Post-Graduate, HISK Hoger Instituut voor Schone Kunsten, Antwerpia (2006) oraz w Beeldende en Audiovisuele Kunst, Hogere Leergangen Sint-Lukas, Bruksela (2000-2004). W 2007 roku został laureatem prestiżowej nagrody Fortis Young Ones Award, przyznawanej przez Lineart w Gandawie wyróżniającym się młodym europejskim artystom. Od wielu lat związany jest z holenderską Galerią Ron Mandos w Amsterdamie. Swoje prace artystyczne prezentował m.in. w Gallery Annie Gentils, Antwerpen, Ronmandos Gallery, Rotterdam, HISK, Antwerpen, Lokaal 01, Breda, Art Cologne, Art Forum, Berlin. Jego prace znajdują się w wielu kolekcjach m.in. w Axel Vervoordt Collection. Mieszka i pracuje w Borchtlombeekk/ Brukseli w Belgii.

He showed works e.g. in Ronmandos Gallery Amsterdam, Gallery Annie Gentils, Antwerpen, Vlaamse Ardennen, Brakel, Place Herforder Radewig, HISK, Antwerpen, Lokaal 01, Breda, Art Cologne, Art Forum, Berlin. Renato Nicolodi's work is particularly dominant on the Belgian art scene, not because the artist participates in a lot of exhibitions or because of his prolific output – rather, dominance is inherent in the work itself. Even when the sculptures are accessible to the public, they still function as scale models of metropolitan architecture. He lives and works in Borchtlombeek, Belgium.
